Education and Qualifications:

After obtaining my professional baccalaureate in ASSP (Personal Care Assistant), I pursued a work-study BTS in ‘Sector Management’. My main responsibility was to manage the schedules and employment contracts of personal care assistants. It was there that I began to discover and learn about human resources management. As I enjoyed the profession, after my BTS, I decided to further my education with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, completed through a work-study program in the stationery sector. I completed my academic journey with a Master’s degree, first within an IT sector company, and then at Pharea. Following my work-study program, I signed my first permanent contract (CDI) with Pharea.

I have always been passionate about cooking; what I love most is making cookies (but especially eating them).

How would you describe your role within the company?

My role is to find suitable candidates for the company’s needs and to discuss various profiles with the sales team. Once candidates are hired, I conduct HR reviews and integration assessments. In parallel, I organize the company’s participation in forums and trade fairs, always with one goal in mind: to find the right profiles for our needs.

What does a typical workday look like, and what projects are you currently working on?

For me, there isn’t really a typical day; I face new challenges every day. The only common thread I can mention is that I never start my day without coffee!

Next, I have a meeting with the sales team, which allows me to stay informed about their various needs. Then, I process my emails and the applications received. If the profiles are interesting, I contact the candidates and schedule interviews immediately.

However, the main activity of my job remains headhunting, so I spend a lot of time on the phone and LinkedIn. Currently, I am recruiting for the Southern region and the Lyon area, in collaboration with the sales team.

Tell us an anecdote related to the company or your career path:

During my work-study program at Pharea, I had to continue my training alone because I no longer had a manager. To prevent this situation from recurring, I created a guide for a perfect work-study experience at Pharea with advice and tips, which I now share with current work-study students.
