Committed industrial
engineering
Our sector of activity, industrial engineering, presents environmental challenges. Aware of our responsibility, we affirm our commitment to integrating environmental concerns into the heart of our daily operations.
To this end, we aim to limit our direct and indirect impacts, while raising awareness among all our employees and partners to adopt sustainable behaviors. Everyone, at their own level, is a stakeholder in this transition.
Because our employees are the strength of our Group, we are committed to promoting equal opportunity, diversity, inclusion, human capital development, well-being, and health and safety at work. We ensure that everyone, regardless of their background or identity, can fully express themselves and benefit from the same opportunities.
Beyond respecting fundamental rights, we take a proactive vision of social issues, acting to advance our practices, strengthen social cohesion, and foster an increasingly inclusive and responsible work environment.
We aim to establish ethical and sustainable relationships with our internal and external stakeholders by promoting transparency and responsible practices throughout our value chain.
Our CSR governance is thus a strategic lever: it aligns our social and environmental commitments for an economically viable approach.
Since 2025, Pharea has been committed to the United Nations Global Compact corporate responsibility initiative and its ten principles regarding Human Rights, labor standards, the environment, and anti-corruption.
